An education major, Susan earned her B.A. from SUNY College at New Paltz, M.S. from Syracuse University, and a C.A.S. in Educational Administration from SUNY College at Oswego. She holds K-12 Professional Academic Administrator MA Licensure for Principal/Assistant Principal. As a mission driven Catholic school leader, Mrs. Niden brings 30 years of experience to JPll of building programs and resources to promote student success. Susan is a member of Holy Redeemer Church in Chatham.

Mrs. Beth Kelley

Mrs. Kelley is a graduate of Regis College, and is currently working toward earning her Masters’ Degree in Catholic School Administration through the University of Dayton.
Mrs. Kelley is active in the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, and has served as member and assistant chair on visiting committees. Mrs. Kelley was the chair of the SFXP 2012 re-accreditation self-study.
Mrs. Kelley taught previously in El Mirage, Arizona. There she taught reading to students in grades seven and eight as well as art across the curriculum. Prior to her relocation to Arizona, Mrs. Kelley taught at the Ben Franklin Charter School in Franklin, MA, and at Hudson Catholic High School, her alma mater. Mrs. Kelley also taught religious education in the middle school grades.
She and her family are parishioners of St. Pius X Church.

Ms. Mona Lisa Valentino joined the school's administration team in 2012.
Previously, she taught science for ten years at Mashpee High School, including a summer web-based curriculum for science and English. Ms. Valentino entered the education field following a career marketing for Digital Equipment Corporation and Compaq Computer Corporation.
She earned her undergraduate degree from Fairfield University and her Master's Degree from Lesley University. Ms. Valentino and her daughter, a 2011 graduate of Pope John Paul II High School, worship at Christ the King Parish in Mashpee.

Mrs. Warms holds a B.S. in Mathematics and an M. Ed. degree from Worcester State College and has completed extensive post- graduate coursework at Cambridge College, Fitchburg State, and Framingham State College. Mrs. Warms served as a mathematics teacher at Charlton Middle School for sixteen years before relocating to Cape Cod. Mrs. Warms is a member of Our Lady of Assumption Parish in Osterville.

As Assistant Principal, Dr. Andrew J. Ballou assists Ms. Valentino in daily operations and specifically oversees the school’s academic program.
Dr. Ballou holds a BA from Maryville College (TN), an MTS from the Iliff School of Theology (CO), an MA from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and a PhD in American History from Boston University. Before starting at JPII, he taught history as an adjunct professor at Bridgewater State University, Northeastern University, and BU. Dr. Ballou divides his Sundays between Cotuit Federated Church, where his wife Rev. Angela Menke Ballou is pastor, and West Falmouth Friends Meeting.
