Students at JPII collected and donated over 500 new and unwrapped toys for Cape Cod children at Christmas. Spirited competitions helped bring in the massive amount of toys. The drive is an annual event conducted by National Honor Society members.
Almost 350 toys were delivered by “Santa and his elves” to iHeart Media’s (WCOD, WXTK, WEEI, WCIB) annual “Stuff-a-Bus” event. The remaining toys will be delivered as part of the Department of Children and Families “Breakfast with Santa” event to be held at JPII on Saturday, December 17.
